THINGS TO DO

Enjoy the heart of Utah

Bryce Canyon Country

Bryce Canyon National Park has hiking and biking trails perfect for any endurance level, from flatlands to challenging slot canyons. Even if you stick to the highways and byways, there is no shortage of roadside grandeur to take in. If you are more on the adventurous side, consider a multi-day pack ride on horseback or a guided night hike lit by the moon and bright starry sky.

Escalante City

Welcome to Escalante City, a small ranching town nestled along Utah’s Scenic Byway 12. With only 850 residents, we are still the largest town for 70 miles in all directions. We pride ourselves on bringing a unique charm to our corner of Southern Utah.

Excursions of Escalante

We are in our 18th year as Escalante’s first locally based professional guide service. Our commitment is to safely guide our guests beyond the more accessible places (Spooky, Peekaboo, Big Horn, etc.) and into the most remote, beautiful and pristine corners of the Escalante region. Our Permits in the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Box Death Hollow Wilderness Area and Dixie National Forest, allow us to offer unparalleled off trail canyoneering, hiking and multi-day overnight tours to our guests.

High Adventure Rentals, Tours, And Shuttles
