➧A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay (per site) is collected at the time of booking.
➧CANCELLATION POLICY:
The deposit equivalent to one night’s stay (per site) is non-refundable. Cancellation of a reservation can be done up to 48 hours before the day of the reservation. If no action is taken to cancel or change reservation before this time, the balance due will be collected the day of arrival.
➧Check-in time begins @ 2:00p.m. We will accommodate early check- ins if possible. Early check- in fee is up to $10.
➧LATE CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:
Please plan to arrive and be set up before our quiet hours, beginning at 10 p.m. Stop by the office to view the park map to help locate your site,if needed.
➧SUNDAY CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:
Our office is closed on Sunday. Please stop by the office to view the park map to help in locating your site. Additional information to access park amenities will be sent via text message. An onsite host will be available to assist you if needed.
➧EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
No Refunds will be given for early departures.
➧NO SHOW POLICY:
Guests with reservations that do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date and have not communicated with us in regards to an updated arrival, will be charged the entire amount of the reservation and the site will be released.
➧CABIN POLICIES:
No smoking or cooking in cabins (beyond microwave use). Smoking in cabins will result in $100 per day fine.
Pets are welcome in Cabins 1, 2, 3 and Deluxe Cabin A only. Pet fee for cabins is $20 per pet/per night. Pets not allowed in Deluxe Cabin B. Owners of undeclared pets in cabins will be charged a $75 fee per day. Discounts do not apply to cabin rentals. A per stay cleaning fee of $15 will be added to the reservation.
➧CHECK OUT TIME FOR RV & TENT SITES is 11:00 am. You will be charged an additional $10 after 12:00, and full-price after 2:00.
➧CHECK OUT TIME FOR CABINS is 10:00 am.
➧QUIET TIME IS: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
➧Speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. ALL ROADS ARE ONE-WAY. Please exit at the rear of the park.
➧No continuous ATV/UTV riding allowed in campground. Use campground roads to access campsite and trails/roads only.
➧No Hammocks allowed on structures or trees.
➧All rates are based on a 2-person occupancy. Extra people at RV sites are $5.00 per person/per night. Extra people at Cabins are $10.00 per person/per night.
All sites should accommodate 1 hitched vehicle. Space is limited and detached vehicles may need to be parked away from site as to not impede traffic. All additional vehicles will be charged $5.00 per vehicle/per night.
➧Children 7 & under are free in RV & Tent sites.
➧Pets are very welcome in our park, but we ask you to please keep them on leash at all times and clean up after them. There is a Dog Park available behind office. No pets are allowed in the laundry/shower facility.
➧Dogs are not to be left unattended either outside or inside your RV site, Tent Site or Cabin. Ultimately, it is each pet owners responsibility to manage their pet and their pet's safety. Thank you for your understanding.
➧No aggressive, threatening or disruptive behavior from any breed of animal will be accepted. Any animal that is creating an unwelcoming environment in our park will be asked to leave with their owners, with no refunds available.
➧Our RV Park is family friendly. Please keep alcoholic beverage consumption to a minimum and be respectful of your neighbors. Loud or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. Illegal drugs are absolutely not allowed.
➧Help us keep our place nice for all our guests by picking up your trash (including cigarette butts) and keeping your site appropriately clean. We have a dumpster available for your convenience.
➧Facilities are available for registered guests only.
➧Please, no running of generators. We have electricity!
➧RV/Trailer must fit the site as per site specifications. If vehicle(s) exceed the approved max length, they will be turned away without a refund. Please verify the length of rig and site are compatible.
➧Vehicle repair/maintenance is not allowed in campground. Please ensure that all attachments to park utilites are in good working order, consisting of a solid mechanical connection and are not leaking.
➧Washing vehicles, ATV’s, and RV’s on park property is not allowed. There is a carwash in the center of town!
➧Campfires in the designated fire pits only. Fire pits are available in RV sites 26, 27, & 28 / all tent sites / Cabins 1,2,3 & 5). Ground fires are not permitted. Firewood is available for purchase at the office. Absolutely NO collecting firewood from the property is allowed.
➧We cannot always guarantee individual sites. We will try our best to accommodate our guests, but we do reserve the right to change sites at any time without notice.
➧You are liable for the actions of your pets, children and guests, and are financially responsible for any damage done to park facilities resulting from your actions.
➧Use of firearms and or fireworks is strictly prohibited.
➧Wi-Fi is available as a courtesy to all guests and intended for basic web browsing and emails only. Please refrain from activities that are data intensive, such as downloading/streaming, as this will affect quality of service for all. Illegal web activity will be investigated and may lead to prosecution.
➧The campground, its officers, and employees are not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage due to fire, theft, acts of nature, or personal negligence.
➧I agree to hold harmless Canyons of Escalante RV Park, its officers, and employees for any and all liabilities of loss or damages to personal property, valuables, and injuries to person, friends, family members, or guests of the registered campers arising from the use of the campground and its facilities.
